In all cases, returns must be received by us in the same condition in which they were delivered. To receive a full refund, returned products must not show signs of having been used or tampered with, and they must include all packaging, accessories, and components that were originally shipped to the customer. Upon receipt, we will inspect each returned item for contents and condition, and functionality. Immediately after completion of this Quality Control process, we will process a refund. Bright Lence uses a tamper-proof Quality Control process, and we will inspect all returned merchandise to ensure that it is the same item that was shipped to our customer, and that the product was not tampered with or altered.
Returned products that show signs of use,damage, tampering, or that are incomplete or incorrect will be subject to further restocking charges or may be denied a refund altogether.
